    WOD: 52 ring muscle ups RX (12-12-8-6-6-8)

    Failed to hit my goal of 60 muscle ups, so I added 18 more after the workout to finish up with a total of 80 for the day (Gotta keep getting better)

    Obliques cramped hardcore on the last two rounds
