    Doing lean fit at the hotel gym in St Kitts right now! Gotta make up for all of the rum punches I’ve consumed and food I’ve eaten this trip.

    Replaced the strength with 50 deadlift (135#) for time; rest 5 minutes; repeat – 1st round 1:49 – 2nd round 1:25 – 8:14 total

    WOD: 8:23 modified – replaced overhead squat with 135# deadlift and kettlebell swings with body weight lunges
