    Did 5 back squats (135#) with 3 ring muscle ups EMOM for 10 minutes (unbroken or the round doesn’t count). Rest 4 minutes. 10 front rack lunges (135#) EMOM for 5 minutes.

    First time I’ve been able to push myself in over 3 weeks. Back is slowly getting better. Felt really good.
