    Good to be back!

    SC: 205#

    WOD: 20 + 18 + 15 + 11 = 64 reps rx

    Should have picked the bar up one more time the last round!

    WOD: 62 reps RX (17-15-15-15)

    Still taking it easy. Goal was 15 reps per round. Felt good to finally pick up some weight.
