    WOD: 7 – 6 – 5.5 – 7.5 = 26 total shuttle runs (there and back counted as 1)

    Hit a new push press PR #205 and an oddly easy 10 rep max deadlift PR 335# for funsies

    Strength: 185# push press/jerk complex

    WOD: (not comfortable with kettlebell swings yet, so I did this)
    12 minute amrap
    1 bar muscle up
    12 wall ball (20/14)
    2 bar musle ups
    14 wall ball
    3 bar muscle ups
    16 wall ball
    And so on… Adding 1 rep to MU and 2 reps to wall ball each round
    181 reps RX
