Clean / Deadlift ladder, every minute on the minute: 1 Clean EMOM, starting with 135 lb./75 lb.; add 10 lb. after each minute. Once you fail on cleans, switch to deadlift, and add 20 lb. each minute per deadlift until fail

    Strength: 225 squat clean / 375 dead lift

    WOD: 9:04 RX (60 Pull Ups then 60 HSPU)

    This one hurt something fierce. May be the heat, humidity, dehydration and not having worked out in over a week…

    SC: 285# Clean then to 415# Deadlift
    WOD: 15:20 Rx (did 60 pullups then 60 HSPU)
