C) 5 sets @ 75% of Snatch deadlift pause above knee (B2F) + full snatch.

WOD:

5 L-pull ups
7 Handstand push-ups

    WOD: 13:31 RX+ (full snatch and L pull ups from squat rack, started in seated position on floor)
