1. What is your athletic background?
I played soccer in 2nd grade. My parents yanked me off the team for mooning a ref

2. What is your favorite WOD? Those exist? I guess Karen….she’s a dirty skank

3. The one movement you try to avoid is……Snatch. Anything involving Snatch

4. If you could win a gold medal in an Olympic sport, what would it be? Men’s Floor Routine

5. Favorite cheat meal/fat snack: All of them

6. What do you like to do for fun when you are away from the gym? Having good conversations with friends over coffee. Reading, and then reading some more. Watching movies/shows that I can quote or discuss at a later time. Writing (I’m the bastard child of Mark Twain and Cormac McCarthy). Eating well, laughing often, all in good company.


7. If you could one piece advice to someone who is just starting CrossFit
…..Stick with it, especially if you’re a weakling (like me).
