1. What is your athletic background? I did Judo as a kid. In High School, I ran Cross Country and Track but I didn’t really get into working out until I went to college.

2. What is your favorite WOD? I love anything with Running.

3. The one movement you try to avoid is……handstand push ups

4. If you could win a gold medal in an Olympic sport, what would it be? 100m sprint. I think that sprinters have the most beautiful muscles.

5. Favorite cheat meal/fat snack: Bananas Foster at Eddie V’s and the Donuts at Lili’s Bistro

6. What do you like to do for fun when you are away from the gym?
karate, hanging out with my husband Ryan and stepdaughter Abby, spending time with family and friends, taking walks with our dog Gus, reading, doing anything outdoors

7. If you could one piece advice to someone who is just starting CrossFit
….. Remember that we all started from nothing and no one is great at everything. Just do your best, and you will see amazing results.
