1. What is your athletic background? Wrestling from childhood through high school. After that, I went into the military.

2. What is your favorite WOD?
Fran, Fight Gone Bad, and Murph, for the gut check.

3. The one movement you try to avoid is……Snatch. I’ve seen some shoulder injuries from this.

4. If you could win a gold medal in an Olympic sport, what would it be? Freestyle wrestling.

5. Favorite cheat meal/fat snack: I can crush a pizza.

6. What do you like to do for fun when you are away from the gym? Hanging out with my wife of 27years, kids, and friends. We enjoy traveling, and riding our Harley. I also enjoy fly fishing and hunting.

7. If you could one piece advice to someone who is just starting CrossFit…..Check your ego at the door. You don’t have to get in shape before starting CrossFit, and listen to your body to prevent injuries.
