1. What is your athletic background? I struck out in tee ball, so I played football until my doctor told me I couldn’t anymore.

2. What is your favorite WOD? Murph. I think?

3. The one movement you try to avoid is…… Anything overhead. It frightens me.

4. If you could win a gold medal in an Olympic sport, what would it be?
4x100m Relay – Teamwork makes the dream work.

5. Favorite cheat meal/fat snack: All of the pizza (I’m part ninja turtle).

6. What do you like to do for fun when you are away from the gym? I love watching sports, playing golf, any spontaneous activity, and I’ll take a FamJam any day of the week.

7. If you could one piece advice to someone who is just starting CrossFit….. Just have fun with it all. It can be intimidating but keep an open mind, ask questions and take in as much as you can. And never skip leg day.
