Year you started CrossFit: 2013

1. What is your athletic background? Football, wrestling, and track in high school. Highly competitive Adult kickball now, in my later years

2. What is your favorite WOD? Nate- 20 minute AMRAP 2 muscle-ups, 4 HSPU, 8 KB Swings

3. The one movement you try to avoid is…… Burpees!

4. If you could win a gold medal in an Olympic sport, what would it be? Pole Vault

5. Favorite cheat meal/fat snack: I can’t honestly say. I eat what I want. Had to pick, I would say 2 double doubles at in and out with a strawberry milk shake, and I have been on a weird gelato kick as of late.

6. What do you like to do for fun when you are away from the gym? I love to play golf, but just recently bought a house, so taking care of that and making it my own has been a lot of fun.

7. If you could one piece advice to someone who is just starting CrossFit….. Start small and stick with it, everyone only sees the guys and gals on TV. We all want to strive to be them and get where they are. What we don’t realize is that they didn’t just start there. It takes hard work and commitment. CrossFit never gets easier, you only get faster and stronger.
