Strength:
Work to a heavy thruster

WOD:
Every minute on the minute, complete Thruster (95 lb./65 lb.).
1st minute = 1 Thruster
2nd minute = 2 Thrusters
3rd minute = 3 Thrusters

After completing reps, row as many meters as possible until the top of the next minute. The goal is 2,000m rowing; rounds continue until you reach 2000m.
