Ryan’s 30 Healthy things to try for 30 days

1. Park you car slightly farther away from your destination to increase walking
2. No cell phone or iPad 2 hours before bed
3. Try a new Vegetable
4. Chew every meal slowly
5. Get 8 Hours of sleep
6. Eat nothing with artificial coloring or flavors
7. Give another person at the gym a compliment
8. Drink 8 tall glasses of water
9. Have a cup of tea instead of coffee
10. Replace your cheat meal with a piece of dark chocolate & almond butter
11. Meditate, pray or sit quietly for 20 minutes each day
12. Go for a walk in a park you have never been
13. Don’t eat past 7pm
14. Eat more healthy fat avocado, coconut, nuts
15. Avoid negative stress
16. Spend less money, quit buying things you don’t need
17. Make a point to workout with people you care about
18. Do 100 push ups through out the day starting right out of bed
19. Stop taking so many pills! Unless you have a medical condition
20. Write down 1 thing your thankful for each day
21. Sweat, I mean really sweat it feels good
22. Get rid of chemicals ex deodorants, laundry detergents, spray cleaners
23. Drink 1 large glass before you eat helps with over eating
24. Laugh a lot
25. Watch a documentary or read a book
26. Stop seeking comfort
27. Get rid of the clothes you don’t wear
28. Listen more than you speak
29. Be a servant
30. Believe in yourself!
