The Open starts Feb. 23, and you can register now!. The Open is a five-week world-wide competition that is the first step to the CrossFit Games. The top athletes in each region go on to compete in Regionals, and then on to the Games. No matter your level of experience, everyone should sign up to do the Open – it’s a lot of fun!! For five weeks, everyone looses their minds, watching the Leaderboard and trying to guess what’s coming next. It’s a good time, and you won’t want to miss it!
The Games this year will be in Wisconsin, August 1-6. It’s a really fun event to go to, from people watching, to spending all of your money at the Rogue tent because it’s all there, in person! You also get to see and meet the CrossFit elite that you often see online.
