WOD:
EMOM ladder:

Start with unloaded bar and build by 10-20 lb. (male)/5-10 lb. (female )
Power snatch – 1 rep, every minute on the minute, adding weight each minute. Continue with power snatch until it’s too heavy, then switch to power clean. Continue with power clean, adding weight each minute, and then switch to Deadlift. WOD ends when you can not deadlift the weight.
