Max bench press
Max overhead squat

Athlete gets 3 attempts at each lift. Weight must increase after each successful attempt at each movement. Weight may not be decreased after first attempt. A failed rep counts as an attempt.

Spencer Hendel: clean 352, bench 281, OHS 341 = 974 lbs.
Rich Froning: 335lb clean, 325lb bench, 360lb OHS = 1,020 lbs.
Aja Barto: 335lb clean, 325lb bench, 335lb OHS = 995 lbs.

Post your total weight of all three lifts.

Start off with:
1 Power clean (75 lb.-55 lb.)
1 Burpee
1 Wall ball

Increase by 1 rep each round; you have 15 minutes to build

Rest 3 minutes and complete 500 single skip jump ropes


Every 2 minutes for 40 minutes complete:
200m Row
5 Wall balls
1 Pull-up
