1. PICK UP YOUR STUFF!! New consequences are coming for those those that leave out their equipment.
2. Dry your hands with a towel. Caking your hands with chalk does not dry your hands; it just makes a chalky mess. (You cannot fully appreciate the chalky mess until you are fortunate enough to mop the black mats, which SUCKS.)
3. Use one cup for water. Many times, a cup is used, forgotten about it, and a new cup is used. At the end of the day, cups are everywhere. Use one cup, put your name on it, and throw it away.
4. If you cut your hands or legs during a WOD, STOP. Clean your wound and clean the bar. With all of the sweat, dirt, etc., you want to make sure to clean your wound and keep it germ free.
