Every minute on the minute, increasing rep ladder :
1st minute: 1 pull-up + 1 push-up
2nd minute: 2 pull-ups + 2 push-ups
3rd minute: 3 pull-ups + 3 push-ups
Continue adding one rep per minute until you time out and cannot complete reps within the minute.

Then start over with:
1st minute: 1 double-under + 1 kettlebell swing (35 lb./26 lb.)……until you time out.

Then start over with:
1st minute: 1 Burpee + 1 Toes to bar
